Chisel

Since it swells the soil without turning over it, decomposition of organic materials is too slow and damp soil is not removed to the top. Since stubble and plant residuals scratch the surface, a good upper layer composes. It is very effective against the weeds which are robust and develop root. It can be used successfully in heavy soils where other materials are insufficient in terms of quality and capacity.

While chisel swells the soil in ploughing depth and stubble stays in the land surface, it provides a protective impact against water and wind erosion. If the soil is wet and damp, it should be avoided to use this tool.
